Aged garlic, with no added ingredients. Its deep colour, sticky consistency and mellow, molasses-like flavour are achieved through maturing the garlic bulbs over weeks or months at a high humidity. An intense flavour bomb with strong and sweet savoury notes, black garlic can be used to enhance stocks, stews and dressings. These cloves are peeled and ready to use.
