It all started when founder George tried his first Provençal olive at a farmers market and decided to bring them back home. Today, they make sure those olives - and all matter of authentic ingredients - inspire the creation of dishes packed full of flavour. As part of the B-Corp community, the journey matters; their care for people, product and the planet goes beyond the journey from farm to table.
Joining the William Jackson Food Group in November 2018, Belazu is one of our sister businesses and is the UK’s top-selling retail brand for balsamic vinegar and premium olive oil.
