UK YOUNG RESTAURANT TEAM OF THE YEAR
AGE RANGE: 16 - 21 YEARS
We are proud to support the UK Young Restaurant Team of the Year competition, held at the Skills for Chef Conference.
The competition welcomes colleges across the country to enter a team that consists of 2 chefs and 1 front of house, competing to reach the Grand Final held at the Skills for Chefs Conference. A panel of industry experts judge each stage of the competition, looking at the cooking and service from the front of house.
The 2023 UK Young Restaurant Team of the Year was awarded to Cheshire College.
Our Head of Brand and Innovation Leigh Myers had the pleasure of joining the 2023 judging panel and awarded The Wellocks Trophy to The Sheffield College.
