SPRINGBOARD'S FUTURECHEF
AGE RANGE: 14 - 16 YEARS
We are proud to be supporting Springboard and their FutureChef programme.
Aimed at young people aged 11 – 16, Springboard FutureChef inspires young people to explore food and cooking as a life skill, through a mixture of classroom resources and activities, industry skills demos, Q&As with chefs, online competitions, and apprenticeships in partnership with the industry. Futureproofing the talent pipeline for hospitality and tackling youth unemployment.
Our Head of Brand and Innovation Leigh Myers had the pleasure of awarding Perran Clark from Braunton Academy with the this year's second runner up prize, including a visit to 1 Michelin Star Northcote.
