The Wilkin family have been farming at Tiptree, Essex, since 1757, and making quality preserves there since 1885. This distinctive deep red-brown coloured conserve is made with Victoria plums grown on the Tiptree farm, that are hand sorted and de-stoned before being cooked to make a full textured jam with a deliciously sweet flavour.
