The earthy flavour of ceps can even be heightened by the drying process. Submerge in boiling water for 15-20 minutes and use as desired. Cook with pappardelle, make a delectable pâté or a classic vincisgrassi. High in protein and flavour, these make a fantastic addition to your vegan repertoire.
