Kuki takes care while making their products to give them a different improved flavour. They never use chemicals to remove the sesame husk, they remove the husk with a process called flection - which takes longer but greatly improves the taste. They also do not use chemicals while producing sesame oil. As they compress the seeds, they pay close attention to the compressor power, adjusting it when needed. Once the oil has been produced, it is then filtered for one and a half months.
