Crunchier than other onion varieties, our red onions are large and firm with a slightly red tinted flesh. Their crisp texture and sweet flavour make them suitable for slicing thinly and using raw, while they cook to a rich and deep allium sweetness which adds depth to soups, sauces and curries.
