Hailing from the same plant as black, these white peppercorns have had their outer husks removed to achieve their pale colour and more intense heat. Slightly less complex in flavour than black peppercorns, these are perfect for use in white sauces and light coloured dishes where they won’t leave a dark speckle effect.
