100% Ibérico Acorn-fed Ham ORO, knife-cut by master cutters, the plates are individually vacuum packed. It has a meticulous and highly homogeneous profiling and is succulently tender with a deep pink flesh and melting fat. With more than 60 years dedicated to the breeding 100% pure-bred Iberico pigs, Beher combine craftsmanship, tradition experience and innovation, to ensure that all of their products meet the highest standards of excellence and quality. The pigs forage free-range on the oak groves – known as dehesas – of Extremadura in south-west Spain. Feeding on acorns and pasture, it is this combination of diet, ancestry and their semi-wild existence that gives the meat its characteristic nutty flavour and melt-in-the-mouth texture.
