100% Iberico Acorn-fed Salchichon has matured for 4-6 months, intermediate minced and machine sliced. Vacuum packed in a catering tray, 250g aprox 75pcs. Each piece is made with the best meat from their own pigs following the traditional recipe. With more than 60 years dedicated to the breeding 100% pure-bred Iberico pigs, Beher combine craftsmanship, tradition experience and innovation, to ensure that all of their products meet the highest standards of excellence and quality. The pigs forage free-range on the oak groves – known as dehesas – of Extremadura in south-west Spain. Feeding on acorns and pasture, it is this combination of diet, ancestry and their semi-wild existence that gives the meat its characteristic nutty flavour and melt-in-the-mouth texture.
