Their farmers are specialists in raising heritage breeds on pasture the old-fashioned way, in balance with the environment. Generations of craft and experience goes into rearing livestock, and the result is quite simply, better meat.

Taste is everything, which is why Farmison & Co source only the finest beef, pork and lamb breeds from the British Isles - bred to perfection to yield more marbling and fuller flavour. Their meat is always free range, and the animals graze on pasture and natural feeds in the great outdoors. They also encourage their farmers to breed and rear more heritage breeds.

All their meat has full traceability from farm to fork, simply scan the QR code on each pack.

The small, local farms Farmison & Co work with farm in balance with their surroundings and are involved in various schemes to improve biodiversity and the quality of the landscapes in their areas, with guidelines and measures implemented specifically for each farm. These schemes range from planting hedgerows to be wildlife havens, to implementing conservation grazing to encourage wading birds like redshanks and snipes, to encouraging the annual return of wildflowers.
