WILD GREENS FARM
Wild Greens are an exclusive grower for Wellocks, producing microgreens, micro herbs, herb oils, herb salts and edible flowers. The family-run farm is based close to York, North Yorkshire, where Ben and the team are passionate about producing high-quality edibles with sustainability at the forefront of what they do.
We’ve worked closely over the years to support the expansion of their range and they are the brains behind our Special Branch herb oils and herb salts.
HERB OILS
Handmade to order, Wild Greens herb oils are vibrant, wonderfully fresh and blended with premium quality rapeseed oil - these intensely flavoured oils are ideal for drizzling over salads, adding to dressings or to finish your dishes.
HERB SALTS
The latest addition to the range, Wild Greens herb salts are made with the finest sea salt flakes and fresh herbs to create a seasoning that packs a flavourful punch. Ideal for infusing flavour into meats, seasoning dishes, sauces, soups or dressings.
