We believe the larger the cauliflower head, the better the flavour; that’s why we source the biggest specimens available. Nestling within the curled leaves, the cauliflower florets are made up of white, tightly packed curds. While subtle in flavour when steamed, its earthy, slightly musky notes emerge when roasted or fried, making it a terrific match for cumin, cheese and garlic.
