We work with our growers to ensure blemish-free skins which are uniformly bright red. A crisp crudité when raw, these peppers’ flesh softens to a silky softness when cooked, adding a vivid and sweet element to roasted mixed vegetables and to Asian, Mediterranean and Cajun dishes.
