Appropriately named after the Greek word for sun - ilios. This mix contains pitted Chalkidiki olives grown in the sun-drenched hillsides of Greece mixed with tree-ripened purple olives. The large, firm to the bite texture of the Chalkidiki provides a complementary contrast to the softer, more fruity Uslu Olive. The addition of sweet sun-dried tomatoes, garlic granules and fragrant herbs, when convened together in oil alongside the olives, provides subtle garlic tones, fragrant aromas and a quite exquisite creamy texture.
