Small round lactic goat cheese, with a wrinkly geotrichum rind. Can get spots of green and blue with age. Fresh, citrusy and creamy lactic goat cheese with slight earthy aroma from the geotrichum rind. This cheese is made with unpasteurised milk and vegetarian rennet.
