Developed over a 5 year period, Winslade is Hampshire Cheese Companies sibling cheese for Tunworth. A Vacherin/Camembert cross, it's encircled in a spruce collar which gives a distinctive pine note. Soft and unctuous with a quiet, floral earthiness, this cheese is milder than Tunworth, yet superbly rich and gentle on the palate.
